Job Summary

This IT System Administrator role focuses on managing the company's core IT infrastructure, involving the installation, configuration, and maintenance of corporate IT hardware, systems, basic software, and SIP communication solutions. A critical daily task is diagnosing and resolving IT disruptions across hardware, software, and networking using a dedicated ticket system, ensuring all actions are meticulously documented in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting), alongside foundational knowledge in networking, server administration, and SQL database management, to develop new features and solutions.
