Job Summary
This role as a Banking Organization Specialist involves taking responsibility for and continuously developing the bank's authorization management framework, specifically using prompt.BRP. Day-to-day tasks include managing critical processes such as recertification and target/actual reconciliation, ensuring compliance and security. The specialist acts as a crucial interface, communicating complex authorization issues to management, IT, business departments, external service providers, and auditors. A significant part of the job involves the technical administration and configuration of core banking software, including Atruvia AG's agree21 system, alongside internal banking applications. Candidates should possess a background in economics or commercial training focused on financial services, coupled with practical experience in authorization management. Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills for conveying complex topics, and a deep commitment to quality and regulatory understanding are essential for success in this dynamic, project-oriented environment located in central Munich.
