Job Summary

This role seeks a highly competent Team Leader and Facility Manager responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and operational integrity of all Technical Building Equipment (TGA) at the site in Friedberg. Key responsibilities include overseeing critical infrastructure like compressed air centers, boiler systems, fire alarms, and vertical transport systems (elevators/gates). Day-to-day tasks involve creating and meticulously managing maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and high-quality execution, and documenting all work performed and spare parts utilized. A critical component of the job is negotiating and managing service contracts with external vendors, ensuring continuous improvement (KVP) in their performance. The manager will also collaborate closely with the Energy Management Officer to ensure regulatory compliance and support the Technical Director in planning structural modifications. The ideal candidate must hold completed vocational training in Electronics or Mechatronics, possess several years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrate strong communication, assertiveness, and fluency in German.
