Job Summary
This Systems Engineer role is crucial for ensuring the operational stability and technical availability of complex audio and video transmission systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the full lifecycle management of new technologies, encompassing planning, integration, and commissioning, from initial requirements through to successful implementation. The engineer will also focus on the continuous development of existing broadcast infrastructures, implementing modern technical solutions, evaluating technical risks, and contributing to the design of future-proof system architectures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Media Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with professional experience in broadcast or media systems. Essential technical competencies include in-depth knowledge of streaming and network protocols, AV file formats, and proficiency in both Windows and Linux operating environments.
