Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Wind Turbine Technician to join the technical operations team, playing a crucial role in maintaining the high availability (over 97%) of wind energy systems in the Müllrose region. Daily tasks involve performing routine maintenance, systematic troubleshooting, and executing complex repairs on critical components. This includes the repair or replacement of gearboxes, bearings, generators, transformers, control systems, motors, and sensors directly on the wind turbine. The ideal candidate must possess a successfully completed electrical technical qualification and demonstrate a self-reliant, conscientious, and systematic approach to work, often collaborating closely with a team partner. This role offers a high degree of independence and responsibility, but requires excellent physical fitness, suitability for working at heights, and flexibility to participate in necessary on-call and emergency services, including weekends and holidays, alongside regional travel.
