Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Building Services Engineer to manage complex construction and maintenance projects from initial concept through final documentation (HOAI phases 1-8). The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for construction projects at the Mannheim site, overseeing execution, quality, cost, and schedule adherence while ensuring compliance with legal standards. Key responsibilities include setting performance standards for external contractors, managing internal project teams, and enforcing defect liability periods. Candidates must hold a degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering, possess relevant professional experience in managing high-rise and industrial construction projects, and demonstrate strong knowledge of German construction regulations (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDE). This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, leadership potential, and good English proficiency, offering a permanent contract and competitive compensation.
