Job Summary

This role involves operating and administering the digital backbone of Frankfurt's municipal government, specifically focusing on Terminal Server infrastructure and software provisioning for over 15,000 users. Day-to-day tasks include running, monitoring, and administering the city's Citrix Terminal Server farm based on Microsoft operating systems, managing user profiles and deployed applications, and ensuring smooth daily operations following ITIL processes. You will also be responsible for creating technical documentation based on BSI IT Baseline Protection standards and providing 2nd Level Support problem resolution. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent vocational training in System Integration, coupled with extensive professional experience in operating central IT systems. Deep knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops is essential. Education
