Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position in Bonn involves driving hardware development projects from initial concept through to series production readiness. The Hardware Engineer will be responsible for creating comprehensive hardware concepts, designing circuits and schematics, and ensuring compliance through integration tests, preliminary measurements, and CE measurements. A key part of the role involves developing robust test concepts and hardware test specifications, while also serving as the primary technical contact for inquiries. Success in this role requires a technical degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology, coupled with practical experience in digital and analog circuit development, including expertise with FPGAs and VHDL. The ideal candidate must also possess strong knowledge of relevant regulatory standards (CE, EMV, VDE, UL) and be fluent in both German and English, making this an excellent opportunity within a leading industrial service company.
