Job Summary

This role is ideal for a proactive and highly motivated IT professional, including career changers, ready to take on diverse responsibilities within the Rhine-Ruhr Regional Association. Day-to-day tasks involve the critical rollout and maintenance of IT systems across multiple regional sites. A core function is managing user accounts and devices within Microsoft Active Directory and providing essential 2nd-Level support to employees, ensuring smooth operations. You will also be responsible for installing and maintaining structured network cabling, including patch panels and switches, and collaborating with internal and external service providers. The position requires strong German communication skills, a structured and loyal work ethic, and expertise in network infrastructure.
