A significant part of the role involves continuous process optimization, aligning internal workflows, and ensuring strict adherence to all legal and operational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or Process Engineering, coupled with extensive professional and leadership experience in the Automotive sector. Success requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Project and Quality Management, and persuasive communication abilities in both German and English, contributing directly to future market growth and strong partnerships.
