Job Summary

This role is for an experienced IT Systems Administrator dedicated to managing and supporting diverse client IT infrastructures. Daily responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via telephone and ticketing systems, administering and monitoring various core technologies such as Windows Clients, Windows Servers, Linux systems, Storage, Network, and Firewall environments. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong support expertise in Microsoft environments, including Office 365, and proficiency in Linux systems. A key requirement is proven capability in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
