Job Summary

We are seeking an engaged NOC Network Technician to join a renowned network service provider in Erfurt. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous operation and stability of IT systems. Your daily tasks will involve monitoring systems using specialized tools, processing and generating tickets related to incidents, and coordinating the initiation of necessary fault clearance measures. You will work closely with internal technical teams and the Vienna Headquarter, ensuring all operational states and disruptions are meticulously documented. The ideal candidate possesses completed technical training, foundational experience with ticketing systems, and ideally, knowledge of radio relay technology. This position offers a permanent contract option after an initial temporary employment period, mobile work flexibility (up to 12 days per month), and a technologically focused environment, requiring strong teamwork and resilience for shift operations.
