Job Summary

This position calls for a dedicated Civil Engineering Technician to serve as the client representative and project manager for capital construction measures in the Eschborn region, focusing specifically on urban drainage and road construction projects starting from HOAI service phase 3. Key daily tasks involve managing house connections for sewage lines and ensuring the structural maintenance of the existing sewer network. Candidates must hold a qualification as a state-certified Civil Engineering Technician specializing in underground construction, or possess a comparable technical background or relevant university degree. Success in this role requires fundamental knowledge of German construction contract law, public procurement law, and the HOAI framework. Essential technical skills include proficiency with MS Office, CAD, and AVA software, alongside strong soft skills such as negotiation, assertiveness, and teamwork.
