Job Summary

This role involves high-level system engineering and maintenance within an established IT systems house, focusing on modern Client/Server systems, high-performance networks, and scalable Cloud environments (Azure/Microsoft 365). The specialist will be responsible for proactive infrastructure control, including monitoring, updates, and implementing robust cybersecurity and compliance mechanisms (DSGVO/GDPR-compliant backups, EDR, SIEM, Zero-Trust). A core component of the mission is providing expert remote and on-site support, analyzing complex faults, and delivering swift solutions. Furthermore, the role requires active participation in project work—from site networking and virtualization to implementing Unified IT Management (UITM) and Unified Communication Services (UCSM). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in Windows and Linux servers, networking, virtualization (Hyper-V/Proxmox), and is eager to drive innovation through automation (PowerShell) and work with state-of-the-art technologies like serverless and container platforms (Docker/Kubernetes).
