Job Summary

This role is designed for an analytical and structured IT professional responsible for bridging the gap between business units and technical development teams. Day-to-day tasks involve deeply analyzing and documenting complex business processes using diagrams and descriptions, acting as the primary IT contact for specific applications, and managing their support and continuous development. A critical component of the role is requirements engineering, where you will elicit and specify functional requirements as Epics and User Stories in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation in Confluence. You will coordinate efforts between external service providers, internal departments, and the developer team, supporting the entire lifecycle from IT solution conception and integration through to testing and stakeholder acceptance. This position requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of business process understanding, and fluency in both English and German.
