Job Summary

This role as a Facilities Technician involves ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all technical systems and infrastructure within the facilities. Key daily responsibilities include performing routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and prompt troubleshooting and repair of faults across building and domestic technology systems. You will regularly monitor the technical infrastructure, verify system functionality, and actively participate in renovation, modernization, and conversion projects. Success in this role requires close collaboration with external service providers and tradespeople. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical or trade apprenticeship (such as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician), strong technical acumen, and a proactive, hands-on approach.
