Job Summary
This role involves leading the Document Management System (DMS) team within the central administration office, focusing heavily on municipal digitalization projects. The Team Lead will manage the introduction of the DMS, which includes leading independent sub-projects, ensuring comprehensive project documentation, controlling quality, and managing project finances. Daily tasks include conducting workshops and meetings, optimizing workflows, creating necessary templates and concepts, and providing technical support for the DMS. Key requirements include relevant administrative qualifications (A 12 LBesO or Administrative Course II) or a degree in Business Administration, Technical Business Administration, or Project Management.
