Job Summary

This role offers the opportunity to join an agile Feature Team at the Autonomous Driving Campus of a major international automotive manufacturer in Munich. The specialist will be crucial in developing innovative data collection products, focusing on creating tailored data collection scripts for customer fleets and ensuring robust data quality through comprehensive testing across various levels (Unit-Test, HiL, Vehicle). Day-to-day tasks involve leveraging modern, cloud-based analytical tools to perform evaluations, derive requirements for tool improvements, and generate high-quality data assets. A key component of the job is the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to support development, data collection, and enable AI training for customer products. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and possesses professional experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, and Software Testing, coupled with strong proficiency in Python, Javascript, and PySpark. Success in this position requires a proactive, team-oriented approach and a commitment to compliance and efficiency within a global network.

Master's Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification in a similar field

Experience

  • Professional experience in data collection and processing
  • Professional experience in software testing
  • Professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering
  • Experience in creating test concepts/cases for validation
  • Experience with Carmen, Canape, and vehicle diagnostic tools (Desirable)
  • Experience with EES2025 vehicles: Vehicle architecture (on-board network) and components (especially IP-Next) (Desirable)
  • Experience with agile methods and project management (Desirable)
