Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Technical Assistant to join a renowned pharmaceutical research company in Biberach. The core responsibilities involve the GMP-compliant, independent planning, execution, and evaluation of analytical and microbiological methods according to pharmacopoeia specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and conducting special activities like troubleshooting, providing analytical support to operations, and participating in method diagnosis. A crucial part of the job is ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines by independently managing laboratory equipment, including qualification and maintenance schedules. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational training as a Chemical/Biological Laboratory Technician, Pharmaceutical Technician, or equivalent, coupled with professional experience, especially in a microbiological environment. Strong foundational GMP knowledge, proficiency with analytical instruments (e.g., GrowthDirect System), and excellent MS Office skills are required, along with a proactive approach to continuous process improvement.
