This role as a Technical Sales Manager at Würth Elektronik eiSos involves transforming customers into long-term partners by providing expert technical consultation and sales support within the Reutlingen, Tuttlingen, and Villingen-Schwenningen area. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and presenting the company’s portfolio of passive electronic components and services. A key focus is offering competent design-in advice to help clients solve complex technical challenges. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, including preparing quotations, independently setting prices, and managing projects through contract completion. To succeed, candidates must possess a degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or be a certified technician in a related field. Essential characteristics include a passion for sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a structured, self-motivated approach. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Engineering or Electrical Engineering, or completed training as a State-Certified Technician in Electrical Engineering, Communications Technology, or Traffic Engineering.
