Job Summary

This position calls for an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join a large, family-owned construction group focused on high-quality craftsmanship across Germany. The core responsibilities involve comprehensive project oversight, starting with the creation of concept and draft plans, and progressing through detailed execution planning for complex electrical systems. You will act as the primary technical contact for all project inquiries, managing projects within the full spectrum of energy and building technology. A critical part of the role is monitoring contractual deadlines, ensuring the economic viability of construction phases, and performing continuous quality and performance controls. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or hold an equivalent qualification such as a Master Craftsman or Certified Technician. Success requires a hands-on mentality, strong organizational skills, and proven familiarity with German construction standards (VOB, HOAI), alongside industry-standard tendering software.
