Job Summary

This role is a critical IT support position for a regional energy provider, focusing on maintaining operational efficiency and security within the IT domain. The specialist will be responsible for comprehensive Service Desk Management, handling the classification and resolution of tickets including Incidents, Problems, RCDs, and RFIs. A core function involves the administration and management of Active Directory Domain Services. Furthermore, the role encompasses essential administrative duties such as managing IT Contracts, Software Licenses, and Assets. The specialist will also ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols, particularly concerning email release authorizations, and actively participate in various IT projects. Ideal candidates will possess a completed commercial or technical education complemented by relevant professional qualifications, demonstrating a meticulous, service-oriented approach and strong collaborative skills necessary for effective teamwork. This is an initial full-time, temporary assignment planned for approximately 12 months.
