Job Summary

This role is centered on hands-on laboratory work, primarily focusing on the investigation and evaluation of advanced energy storage technologies, specifically Redox-Flow Batteries. Day-to-day responsibilities include the execution of precise electrical and physical measurements, setting up test rigs according to predefined requirements, and performing recurring quality checks. A key task involves developing and optimizing analytical procedures crucial for battery cell characterization. The technician is also responsible for the meticulous maintenance, monitoring, and upkeep of all laboratory measuring equipment, ensuring operational readiness. Furthermore, the role requires managing material requirements, including inventory tracking and ordering supplies for the lab and test stands. Regular and detailed reporting of experimental results to R&D team leaders and management is mandatory. Candidates must have completed professional training as a Laboratory Technician or hold a comparable qualification, along with relevant experience in energy storage investigation.
