Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist focused on providing first-level technical assistance for a leading IT service provider in Europe. Day-to-day, you will be the initial point of contact for users, handling incoming support requests via phone or chat, diagnosing issues, and implementing technical solutions where possible. You will also be responsible for ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for assigned tickets and escalating complex issues to second-level support. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in common Microsoft applications. Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Assistant, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or equivalent qualification
