Job Summary

The Product Development Manager will play a crucial role in connecting technology and people within the Pharma and Life Science sectors, focusing specifically on electrochemical sensor systems. Daily tasks include coordinating the alignment of test methods for in-process controls of sensors and intermediate products with various departments to achieve development goals. A core responsibility is coordinating the validation of these test methods and ensuring the timely production of development samples. Furthermore, the role requires strict adherence to Quality Management System documentation standards for method development, validation, and implementation in in-process controls. The manager will also support the mechanical construction of development samples using CAD. Candidates should possess a degree in Natural Sciences or Engineering, coupled with professional experience in developing medical devices, knowledge of electrochemistry, sensor manufacturing, and CAD construction support. Success in this role requires strong communication, motivational skills, and fluency in both German and English.
