Job Summary

This role is designed for a Facility Management Engineer responsible for coordinating and executing complex building infrastructure projects, including new construction, modifications, and necessary repairs. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and implementing robust technical and structural concepts, creating detailed specifications and project plans, and ensuring the safe and secure operation of all technical and structural systems within the facilities. A critical component of this position is the management and optimization of the existing Energy Management System and overseeing external contractors, ensuring quality control and performance monitoring. Successful candidates must hold a degree in Facility Management, Building Technology, or a comparable engineering field, and demonstrate professional experience in facility management and system maintenance.
