Job Summary

This role focuses on the innovative and responsible design of electrical systems, primarily for special vehicles. Day-to-day tasks include dimensioning electrical installations, creating comprehensive documentation such as wiring, circuit, and device plans, and selecting appropriate electrical components including relays, switches, connectors, and cables. The engineer is also responsible for developing assembly and interface specifications and managing technical drawings and articles within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system. Candidates must possess a university degree or a state-certified Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, along with professional experience in electrical design utilizing modern CAE systems like EPLAN or E3. Knowledge of control cabinet construction is advantageous.
