Candidates should possess a completed technical education (Metalworking, Mechatronics, Building Technology, or Electrical Engineering) and demonstrate technical understanding and a quality-conscious work ethic. Experience in plant commissioning and knowledge of shipbuilding are advantageous, and good proficiency in both German and English is required to succeed in this dynamic environment.
