Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced Electrician or Electronics Technician aiming to transition from hands-on installation work into site coordination and project management within building services engineering. Day-to-day duties involve coordinating all electrical installations, including wiring heat pumps and heating systems, from initial cable laying through final commissioning. You will serve as the critical interface between planning teams, installation technicians, and clients, ensuring strict adherence to VDE standards on site. Responsibilities also include reviewing and approving execution plans with the CAD team, managing material procurement, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing subcontractors. Key qualifications include deep expertise in electrical engineering, familiarity with VDE norms, and basic knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures). This position requires a proactive, organized individual capable of managing projects autonomously from planning to implementation, offering an excellent opportunity to advance into a coordination and leadership role.
