Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Power Electronics Hardware Engineer to drive technological innovation within the automotive sector, collaborating with major OEMs and suppliers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of power electronic devices, from initial product definition and component dimensioning through to final series production readiness. Day-to-day tasks involve high-level engineering work, including the design, simulation (using tools like MATLAB and Simulink), lab testing, and type approval of complex electronic circuits, alongside creating comprehensive technical documentation. Key qualifications include a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally specializing in Power Electronics or Energy Technology, and significant professional experience in power electronic system development. Proficiency in both German (Fluent) and English (Intermediate) is required.
