Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Technical Manager to oversee facility management for multiple commercial properties in the East region of Germany (Thuringia, Saxony, and Saxony-Anhalt). The successful candidate will be the primary contact for clients, customers, and tenants regarding all technical and infrastructural facility management matters. Key responsibilities include managing service providers, planning and executing investment, maintenance, and renovation projects, and ensuring quality standards. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent negotiation skills, and a results-oriented approach.
