This role offers a unique blend of strategy consulting and investment banking, focusing on transaction-based transformations within the financial services sector. You will advise established banks, insurance companies, and asset managers on IT architecture, data separation, migration, and digital ecosystems, including IT strategy and new distribution channel development. Key responsibilities involve conducting market analyses, strategic reviews, due diligence, synergy assessments, carve-outs, and integrations. You will also develop and evaluate cloud-native architectures, container frameworks, and API strategies. This position is ideal for someone with initial experience in business, IT, or operations within consulting, banking, or FinTech, who possesses strong analytical and communication skills in both German and English.
