As a Customer Success Manager specializing in GeoIT, you will be instrumental in revolutionizing the digital landscape for clients using smart geoinformation solutions. Your daily mission involves providing technical and professional support and consultation to national and international clients regarding geoinformation technologies, particularly Esri ArcGIS® products. You will build trusted relationships by identifying client needs and crafting suitable solutions, while also supporting the marketing team with campaign conception. Representing the company at conferences and trade fairs, you'll deliver compelling presentations and ensure successful client collaborations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology with strong GIS knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
