Job Summary

The Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research Baden-Württemberg (ZSW) is seeking a Junior Project Controller to manage financial oversight for Research and Development (R&D) projects. This role involves the independent administration and controlling of projects, including grant-funded initiatives, within the Finance, IT, HR & Legal department. Day-to-day responsibilities include rigorous budget planning and tracking in close collaboration with project leads, generating detailed financial reports, monitoring project performance, and conducting comprehensive analyses. A key component of the position is the development and optimization of Controlling and Business Intelligence (BI) tools utilizing technologies like Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or Technical Business Administration, coupled with strong analytical skills and a proactive, structured approach to work.
