As an Engineer - Ceramic Substrate Development, you will be a key part of the engineering team, focusing on the development of manufacturing technologies for prototypes and overseeing series production processes for high-reliability ceramic substrates (LTCC and thick film). This role involves leading development projects from initial customer requirement analysis and specification agreement through to internal and external release. You will also be responsible for coordinating validation plans with Quality Management for ceramic-based circuit boards and electronic components, ensuring a smooth transition to series production. The position requires meticulous documentation, including instructions, investigation reports, and production documents.
