Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key technical specialist focused on the commercial and administrative aspects of refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology. The specialist will be responsible for creating detailed quotations for refrigeration and climate control projects, managing the entire order processing lifecycle, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management and care. A crucial part of the job is providing internal support to field service technicians. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in refrigeration/climate control, ideally supplemented by a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification, along with several years of professional experience in the service, repair, maintenance, and upkeep of HVAC systems.
