Job Summary
The Miesbach District Office is seeking a motivated and engaged Team Leader to manage the 'Service, Budget, and Legal' team within the 'Labor and Social Affairs' department. This crucial leadership role involves the strategic and organizational steering of the team, ensuring the timely, accurate, and economic execution of tasks related to budget management, legal appeals (SGB II/SGG), maintenance matters, and IT coordination. Key responsibilities include handling complex administrative and legal processes, overseeing external audits, managing the department's budget, and leading digitalization efforts. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with experience in social law and administration, possessing strong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skills, dedicated to fostering team success and contributing to the public good.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed training as an Administrative Specialist (Advanced Civil Service Course II) OR successfully passed First or Second State Examination in Law OR successfully completed studies as a Diploma Administrator (FH) in Administration and Finance (Non-Technical Administrative Service)
Experience
- Several years of professional activity in a senior administrative service position
- Foundational knowledge and long-term experience in social legislation is desirable
- Experience in efficient coordination of complex administrative and legal processes
- Experience in leading and motivating staff
