Job Summary

This crucial leadership role, based in Dortmund or Essen, involves leading and developing the Business IT Management team within an agile organizational framework. The Team Lead holds disciplinary responsibility for several key IT functions, including Enterprise Architecture Management, IT Portfolio Management, and IT Budget, Vendor, and Contract Management. A significant part of the role is steering IT participation management, proactively supporting subsidiaries and minority companies across the Westenergie Group with their IT projects and service challenges within the larger E.ON Group context. You will be instrumental in driving the agile transformation across Processes, Data, and IT, ensuring the development of effective, customer-centric service offerings. Candidates must possess a relevant university degree, several years of experience in personnel leadership, and proven expertise in agile IT project management (e.g., SCRUM/Kanban).
