Job Summary

This critical leadership role, part of a generational change strategy, involves assuming overall responsibility for the production site in China (Jiangsu Province) and driving its strategic development within the MSM Group. The General Manager will focus on leading all manufacturing operations, ensuring high standards of efficiency, quality, and delivery reliability, particularly in small-batch and automated series production of electrotechnical devices. A core mission is the strategic development of the Chinese market through product localization and expansion of the local portfolio (“local for local”). The role requires managing administrative processes (HR, Finance, IT) and leading a high-performing team, necessitating close collaboration with the German headquarters. Candidates must hold a technical degree combined with sound business acumen, international leadership experience in manufacturing, and be business-fluent in both Chinese and English.
