Job Summary

This role is ideal for a service-oriented IT Administrator dedicated to managing the core infrastructure and providing essential support for a global electronics leader near Gunzenhausen. Day-to-day duties involve the full lifecycle management of IT hardware, including the procurement, configuration, and rollout of PCs, servers, notebooks, and network components. A significant part of the job focuses on providing First-Level Support to users via phone, on-site, and through the helpdesk system. You will be responsible for critical administrative tasks such as user, group, and computer management within Active Directory, Windows Server administration, and maintaining robust data security through backup and recovery systems. Furthermore, the position includes installing and maintaining Google OS, managing network components, and actively participating in IT projects like server upgrades and network expansions. Candidates must possess a professional IT qualification, strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/V-Center), along with fluent German and good English skills.
