Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the continuous documentation and maintenance of IT services and the IT knowledge base. The specialist will be responsible for the setup, installation, and deinstallation of hardware and software, as well as performing patching and cabling. Key duties include monitoring and troubleshooting errors, administering and developing digital workplace solutions, and managing tool integration and access rights. The position also requires handling support requests, negotiating offers and contracts with service providers, and conducting IT-related training sessions. The ideal candidate will possess strong consulting skills, organizational talent, and a structured, independent work style, along with excellent Microsoft Office proficiency. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or a completed degree in an IT-related field. Instructor aptitude (AEVO) or willingness to acquire it during the probationary period.
