Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Materials Tester focusing on Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) within the high-tech industrial sector, specializing in aerospace and energy components in Berlin-Tegel. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing metal components for NDT, executing various testing procedures (Dye Penetrant, Magnetic Particle, Ultrasonic, and Visual Testing) according to DIN EN ISO 9712 standards. You will be responsible for evaluating results against technical specifications, documenting findings, and creating formal test certificates (DIN EN 10204). Key qualifications include vocational training in metal processing, NDT certification (PT, MT, UT Level I or II), and at least two years of relevant professional experience. You will also support quality assurance, manufacturing monitoring, and accompany auditors during inspection processes.
