Job Summary

This role involves executing complex bioanalytical methods, primarily focusing on Ligand Binding Assays (LBA) using ECL technology for the quantitative analysis of proteins. The technician will actively participate in clinical and toxicokinetic studies within a strictly GLP-regulated environment. Key responsibilities include evaluating and integrating new technologies, troubleshooting LBAs (such as PK, immunogenicity, and biomarker assays), and managing daily laboratory operations, including capacity planning. Candidates must possess a degree (Bachelor or Master) in Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field, coupled with solid experience in protein analytics and a strong understanding of GLP and GCP guidelines. Proficiency in laboratory automation, including experience with liquid handling robots, and familiarity with bioanalytical IT systems (LIMS, ELN) are essential for success in this critical role.
