Job Summary

This role involves supporting infrastructure and hardware for a renowned client in the aerospace industry located in Munich. The technician will be responsible for the configuration of radio equipment used in development and test laboratories, performing repairs and upgrades on both hardware and software components, and managing the inventory of devices. A key part of the job is acting as the primary contact for repair and modification requests, coordinating closely with manufacturing operations and workshops. The successful candidate will proactively communicate with test teams regarding defects, assist in troubleshooting alongside hardware, firmware, and software teams, and track issues using life-cycle management tools like RTC and Jira. Strong practical experience in radio frequency technology, complex electronics, and SMD soldering is required, along with an educational background in electronics or a comparable qualification. Proficiency in Python programming is also highly desirable for this position.
