The Project Manager will engage with various departments, providing consultation on project and process management within the context of digitalization. Key responsibilities include conducting process and organizational analyses (workflow and structural organization) and designing and overseeing change management initiatives related to process and organizational changes. Candidates must possess professional experience, particularly in project management, process analysis, and optimization, along with strong analytical and conceptual skills. Required Skills
Education
Eligibility for the Higher Service in General Administration, or a completed university degree (minimum Diploma-FH/Bachelor), or a completed advanced training qualifying for the role (e.g., Administrative Specialist, Business Economist (VWA))
Experience
- Several years of professional experience, preferably related to the tasks described
- Knowledge in project management and practical experience in project work
- Qualification and experience in process analysis and optimization, including application of relevant tools
- Qualification and experience in modern project management and change management methods (including agile methods) are advantageous
