Job Summary

This role is for an Industrial Engineer or Specialist in Energy Economics, responsible for the continuous optimization and digitalization of grid connection processes within Schleswig-Holstein Netz. The specialist will drive automation, harmonize processes across the corporate group, and ensure compliance by translating legal and regulatory changes into system and process adjustments. Key daily tasks include developing test and training concepts for users, managing system interfaces, and acting as the primary technical contact for customers and installers, particularly concerning feed-in management. Candidates must possess a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field, coupled with specific knowledge of grid and energy economics, focusing on metering and feed-in systems. Proficiency in MS Office and basic SAP skills are required, alongside a strong analytical, customer-oriented, and collaborative approach to contribute actively to the energy transition in a flexible work environment.
