Job Summary

This role involves leading and coordinating complex development and GMP-compliant production projects for international clients within the preclinical and clinical sectors of biopharmaceuticals. The Project Leader acts as the central point of contact, managing communication with customers, including presenting results, resolving conflicts, and leading customer meetings. You will guide an interdisciplinary team and ensure product development and manufacturing adhere strictly to GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements. A core part of the role is the comprehensive oversight and management of project progress concerning risk, time, and budget, alongside implementing necessary process optimizations. Candidates must possess a completed natural science degree (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar), ideally holding a PhD, coupled with multi-year professional experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, particularly focused on GMP-compliant processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills, high resilience, and flexibility are essential for success in this dynamic BioTech environment.
