Job Summary

This role is for a Telecommunications Specialist focused on Unified Communication (UC) systems within a large industrial park operator's IT infrastructure team. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of ITK (Information and Telecommunication) systems, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Key daily tasks involve configuring analog, digital, and IP endpoints, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and performing in-depth analysis and resolution of technical problems to ensure system optimization. The ideal candidate brings expertise in Unify systems (like OpenScape Business/4000/Enterprise) and experience with VoIP networks, protocols (SIP, RTP), and cloud-based UC solutions (e.g., MS Teams).
