Job Summary

This Junior Consultant role focuses on Information Architecture, helping clients structure their complex digital workplaces effectively. You will be responsible for bringing order to digital information landscapes and designing tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Wikis, and Social Intranets to be intuitive and highly effective for user adoption. Day-to-day tasks include structuring information for easy findability, developing concepts to boost tool acceptance among clients, and learning methodical consulting techniques, including workshop moderation and structured client communication. You will be integrated into client projects from the start, focusing on learning, co-creation, and growth. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in how digital information is structured, perhaps from studies in Media Informatics or Knowledge Management, coupled with a strong understanding of digital collaboration and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
