Job Summary
This Junior Consultant role focuses on Information Architecture, helping clients structure their complex digital workplaces effectively. You will be responsible for bringing order to digital information landscapes and designing tools like MS Teams, SharePoint, Wikis, and Social Intranets to be intuitive and highly effective for user adoption. Day-to-day tasks include structuring information for easy findability, developing concepts to boost tool acceptance among clients, and learning methodical consulting techniques, including workshop moderation and structured client communication. You will be integrated into client projects from the start, focusing on learning, co-creation, and growth. The ideal candidate possesses a solid foundation in how digital information is structured, perhaps from studies in Media Informatics or Knowledge Management, coupled with a strong understanding of digital collaboration and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Required Skills
Education
Degree or solid foundation in Media Informatics, Library and Information Management, or Knowledge Management (or equivalent relevant field)
Experience
- Professional experience in structuring digital information for easy findability and logical organization
- Experience in developing concepts to increase the acceptance and utilization of digital tools
- Professional experience in digital communication and collaboration methods
- Experience in working collaboratively within a team environment and actively sharing knowledge
