Job Summary
This dynamic role involves driving the implementation and continuous development of innovative ICT solutions and Human Capital Management (HCM) processes, primarily focusing on SAP technologies within the Time Management/Payroll department. The specialist will lead the introduction of complex, HCM-supported procedures, managing the process from initial conception through to productive deployment. Key responsibilities include acting as the central administrator for HR IT applications, serving as the primary contact for users regarding complex procedural issues, and coordinating all IT requirements across HR departments. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or (Business) Informatics, combined with several years of professional experience in HR project management and the implementation of HR IT systems, specifically demonstrating proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or S/4 HANA.
